Heather DeLong is a Canadian singer-songwriter and musician. Born on the east coast, she started writing music and formed her first band when she was twelve years old. She wrote and recorded her first album, Hope Rides Alone, with her first band The Pokiok Falls in 2004 and later began performing as Speller in 2008 upon returning from living in Shanghai. DeLong currently lives in Vancouver, BC.
